Corporate Affairs Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced UAE National to assume a prominent role as Manager – Corporate Affairs within a dynamic growing group. This high-profile position integrates responsibilities in commercial growth, corporate communications, branding, media liaison, and government relations. The role demands a commercially astute individual capable of confidently representing the organization to clients, government officials, media outlets, industry stakeholders, and strategic partners.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and drive group-wide commercial growth and business development by identifying and converting opportunities within corporate and institutional sectors.
• Forge and nurture strong relationships with senior clients, strategic partners, and stakeholders throughout the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
• Oversee development and management of the group's corporate brand, positioning, and identity across all business segments and communication platforms.
• Serve as the principal corporate spokesperson for television, digital media, and print press engagements.
• Direct media relations, public relations, corporate communications, and safeguard the organization's reputation.
• Represent the group at various conferences, exhibitions, government-led forums, and industry events.
• Establish and maintain strategic ties with government, semi-government organizations, ministries, authorities, and relevant industry associations.
• Support positioning of the group within national projects and public-sector ventures.
• Take charge of high-level negotiations, partnerships, and corporate engagements on behalf of the organization.
• Undertake frequent travel within the region and internationally as business demands.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Must be a UAE National holding a valid Family Book.
• Possess 8 to 10+ years of pertinent experience in Corporate Affairs, Corporate Communications, Branding, Business Development, or Commercial roles.
• Demonstrated experience working at group-level, senior management, or leadership positions.
• Proven expertise as a current on-camera spokesperson for television, digital platforms or press.
• Well-established network and relationships with governmental and semi-governmental bodies.
• Track record of representing organizations effectively at industry conferences, forums, and related platforms.
• Fluent and effective communicator in both Arabic and English with strong public speaking abilities.
• Documented accomplishments in commercial responsibility or business development results.
• Exhibit strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Availability and willingness to travel regularly both regionally and internationally.

Additional Information

This is a senior leadership role requiring a commercially focused individual who combines experience across corporate affairs, communications, government relations, and business development, paired with the confidence and stature to represent the organization at the highest level.

Travel will be required frequently across the Gulf region as well as internationally.
