Our client, a governmental entity in Dubai, seeks a seasoned Principal Visitor Experience Specialist focused on elevating visitor and guest engagement across public parks and recreational venues within the city.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the overall visitor and guest experience pathways to ensure seamless journeys.
• Establish and implement experience standards alongside activation and attraction initiatives.
• Design engaging entertainment and visitor programs to enhance enjoyment and involvement.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance visitor satisfaction metrics.
• Explore and apply innovative strategies to boost guest interaction and experience quality.

Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Bring over six years of professional expertise in Customer Experience, Hospitality, Events, Entertainment, or closely related sectors.
• Robust background in managing visitor or guest journeys, activations, attractions, or entertainment program development.
• Exhibit excellent customer responsiveness and innovative thinking coupled with strong skills in stakeholder collaboration.
