Overview
Located in Auckland CBD, a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy with offices throughout New Zealand is seeking a Principal Structural Engineer to serve as the Technical Lead for their Structures team. This close-knit team is well-established and highly regarded in the industry.
Role Responsibilities
You will be the technical cornerstone of the team, responsible for managing and approving complex structural and seismic projects. Additionally, you will mentor team members and liaise directly with clients on a variety of industrial and commercial projects. Reporting to the Director, you will have significant input on the delivery approach of the team's work.
Candidate Profile
- Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) credential is mandatory.
- Over eight years of structural engineering experience specifically within New Zealand.
- Adept in senior technical leadership positions.
- Proven track record with industrial and commercial structural projects.
