Role Responsibilities

• Provide expert structural engineering and seismic design guidance for transport infrastructure, bridges, ports, and civil structures projects.
• Lead multiple infrastructure projects from conception through delivery, offering technical leadership and project management advice.
• Mentor and support team members, contributing to their professional development and building technical capabilities.
• Drive business growth through strong client management and operational leadership within the Nelson office.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a Bachelor of Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Possesses Chartered Professional Engineer status (CPEng).
• Brings at least 10 years of professional experience in structural engineering.
• Demonstrates proven skills in business development and client relationship management.
• Holds a current, clean driver’s license.
