Role Overview

In the role of Principal Consultant - Workday, you will serve as the key link between clients’ business users, stakeholders, and implementation teams. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to deepen your skills in analysis, design, communication, and diplomacy. You will confidently engage with clients at various organizational levels, leading workshops, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and effectively explaining Workday functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple high-profile client projects involving Workday HCM.
• Lead Workday HCM workstreams encompassing requirements gathering, system design, configuration, and support.
• Manage and execute testing processes, conduct knowledge transfer, and facilitate end-user training sessions.
• Establish yourself as a domain expert through proven client-facing experience and successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Demonstrated Workday Implementation expertise.
• Possession of Workday implementation or PRO certifications in:
  • HCM Core (mandatory)
  • Compensation (mandatory)
  • Time Tracking (preferred)
  • Absence (preferred)
