About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished Software Architect with extensive software development experience across multiple technologies. The ideal candidate will deeply understand application architectures within enterprise setups and show a strong enthusiasm and practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence to spark forward-thinking solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive pre-sales consulting efforts including RFx, discovery workshops, solution design, and project estimation for integration and application development initiatives.
• Lead and collaborate in client workshops to capture business needs and technical challenges, offering innovative AI-powered solutions when appropriate.
• Create robust application architecture designs that align with client objectives and technical constraints.
• Generate persuasive technical proposals and presentations to secure new business opportunities.
• Provide timely, accurate estimates on project scope and timelines.
• Develop and document high-level application blueprints and architectural strategies.
• Identify risks early, proposing mitigation to ensure solution success and business value realisation.
• Stay abreast of emerging development trends particularly in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.
• Contribute to reusable solution assets and consulting methodologies.
• Incorporate latest AI techniques in both solutions and their delivery methods.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrable software development expertise coupled with delivery experience in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with diverse full-stack technology stacks.
• Agility in defining solution options rapidly within a pre-sales context.
• Skill in facilitating customer dialogues to extract high-level requirements and technical specifics.
• Solid experience in solution architecture and delivering successful projects.
• Proven ability to define delivery plans, estimates, and manage project risks.
• Experience serving as a project or program architect.
• Expertise in cloud-native and containerized architectures.
• Excellent communication skills with capability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of modern cloud-based applications and components.
• Hands-on experience and knowledge of AI and Machine Learning concepts, frameworks, and their strategic application.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with multiple coding languages and frameworks such as Java, Spring, C# .NET, Python, React, Angular.
• Experience in system integration projects.
• Knowledge of data analytics methodologies, both modern and traditional.
• Experience working with Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) or platform-based implementations.
• Advanced skills in Azure or AWS cloud services, especially AI/ML and Generative AI offerings like Azure OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, or Bedrock.
• Exposure to large language models and their integration into enterprise systems.
