Role Overview

We are looking for an accomplished Software Architect to join our firm, someone seasoned in software engineering and system delivery across various technologies. The candidate should demonstrate profound expertise in architectural design within enterprise contexts and a strong enthusiasm for integrating Artificial Intelligence to foster cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery sessions to capture business needs and technical obstacles, proposing AI-enabled solutions when suitable.
• Architect and design sturdy application systems aligned with organizational goals and technical constraints.
• Craft persuasive technical proposals and presentations aimed at securing new contracts.
• Provide accurate estimations for project scope and delivery timelines.
• Create and maintain high-level architecture blueprints and strategic frameworks.
• Recognize and address potential risks and challenges in solutions.
• Ensure successful delivery of business results matching the proposed solutions.
• Remain current with trends in software development, particularly in AI, ML, and generative AI technologies.
• Develop reusable consulting frameworks and methodologies to streamline solution delivery.
• Incorporate advanced AI techniques into both solutions and delivery processes.

Essential Qualifications

• Robust background in software development and delivery in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with multiple full-stack technologies.
• Ability to quickly formulate solution options during pre-sales engagements.
• Skilled in leading client discussions, gathering high-level requirements, and extracting critical technical details.
• Proven experience in solution architecture.
• Experience crafting delivery plans, estimates, and risk assessments.
• Background as a project or programme architect.
• Competent in identifying, mitigating, and managing delivery risks.
• Expertise in cloud and containerized architectures.
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of contemporary cloud application design and components.
• Practical understanding of AI and ML concepts, tools, and their application in architecture and consulting.

Desirable Skills

• Familiarity with various programming languages and frameworks like Java, Spring, C# .NET, Python, React, Angular.
• Experience integrating diverse systems.
• Knowledge of data analytics methodologies, both modern and traditional.
• Experience with commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) or platform-based implementations.
• Advanced expertise in Azure or AWS cloud platforms, with emphasis on their AI/ML and generative AI offerings (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, Bedrock).
• Exposure to large language models (LLMs) and their enterprise-level integration.
