Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of substantial projects from start to finish. This includes defining project scope and approach, planning, organizing, technically leading, and managing project completion. The role requires delivering contracted projects that meet quality standards, stay within budget, and are completed on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure large projects are executed and finalized adhering to quality, timing, budget constraints, contractual obligations, and company financial policies.
• Lead and coordinate teams working on complex or sizable projects within diverse technical platforms.
• Manage documentation, design, development, and testing phases for enhancements and new projects.
• Customize project methodologies to suit each project’s requirements.
• Develop project budgets, secure timely approvals, monitor financials, and ensure realization of expected benefits.
• Apply stakeholder management techniques to exceed expectations.

Requirements

• Significant background managing large, complex projects, ideally with ERP or CRM focus.
• Ability to foster collaboration and leadership within project teams to meet organizational aims.
• Comprehensive knowledge of software development and implementation projects, including technology dependencies.
• Effective communication skills with experience managing diverse stakeholders at various levels, adapting communication style as needed.
• Strong financial acumen relating to project costs, utilization, and revenue management.
• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and Staged project management methodologies.
