Within our Personal Banking Product & Pricing team, we play a pivotal role in setting pricing strategies that enhance both customer benefit and our business results.
This opportunity is for a 12-month fixed-term contract or secondment within this key team. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of pricing strategies across Personal Banking products.
- Leverage data analysis, forecasting, and modeling to guide pricing recommendations and inform business decisions.
- Create and refine pricing analytics, reporting tools, and experimentation frameworks to support strategy evolution.
- Collaborate with diverse business stakeholders to drive commercial results and deliver pricing architecture projects.
- Track performance outcomes, monitor benefits realization, and continuously improve pricing approaches.
- Prepare and deliver insightful pricing reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
Candidate Profile
We seek a professional combining strong analytical abilities with commercial awareness and stakeholder management excellence. The successful candidate is adept at using data for insight generation and decision support while maintaining a customer-focused outlook.
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in tools like SQL, Excel, and Tableau or equivalent.
- Ability to convert data into actionable insights to uncover opportunities and inform decisions.
- Sound business acumen coupled with financial literacy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex information clearly to various audiences.
- Proven capability in managing relationships and working effectively with stakeholders.
- A passion for fostering better outcomes for both customers and the business.
- Prior knowledge of personal banking products is considered a strong advantage.
