About the Role

Join a prestigious automotive manufacturer located in Solihull, West Midlands, specializing in high-value luxury vehicles. This position offers full-time hours on a long-term basis, operating Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm (totaling 40 hours per week). You will work within an exclusive VIP department where precision and exceptional quality are essential to preparing elite vehicles for a discerning clientele and high-profile occasions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough jet washing of vehicles
• Apply traffic film remover effectively
• Conduct detailed cleaning using soap and sponge
• Blow dry exterior surfaces meticulously
• Dry leather interiors carefully
• Vacuum vehicle interiors comprehensively
• Wipe down all interior trims
• Clean windows to a spotless finish
• Eliminate watermarks completely
• Dress tyres and wheel arches ensuring pristine appearance

Additional Duties

• Participate in briefings led by Team Leaders
• Report any hazards, near misses, or accidents promptly
• Work collaboratively with fellow Valeters and detailers to maintain workload and uphold quality standards
• Follow Health and Safety, COSHH, and Environmental guidelines strictly

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Possession of a valid full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points
• Previous professional experience in vehicle valeting
• Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to achieving high quality results
• Flexible and cooperative team player, willing to assist other departments as necessary
• Readiness to travel between different sites when required
• Basic understanding of COSHH regulations
