Job description

Job Overview

This role involves operating injection molding machinery, performing finishing and part inspections, and assembling final products in a dynamic manufacturing setting. The position emphasizes strict compliance with quality and safety standards.

Work Schedule and Compensation

The starting wage is $18.50 per hour with first shift hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manually operate injection molding equipment.
  • Finish and trim molded components.
  • Conduct basic quality inspections on parts.
  • Assemble products following given specifications.
  • Adhere to all relevant safety protocols and organizational policies.

Candidate Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification.
  • Capacity to interpret and follow written instructions.
  • Basic mathematical competency and proficiency with measuring instruments.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Manufacturing or assembly experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Dependability and a strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

  • Regular standing, walking, and manual object handling.
  • Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting activities.
  • Occasional climbing or balancing tasks.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Requires precise motor skills and good eyesight.
  • Work is performed in an environment with moderate noise levels.

Use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and hearing protection is mandatory in specified zones.
