We are searching for a motivated Presales Manager to become an integral part of our team as we broaden our reach internationally. This role offers the opportunity to influence the future of global data infrastructure through collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and identify client business requirements and challenges to tailor solutions that fit their needs.
• Engage with clients to comprehend their capacity and timing demands, ensuring our services align with their expectations.
• Play an active role in the RFP and RFI procedures by liaising with internal teams and consolidating responses.
• Develop and present technical proposals and solution packages.
• Support presales efforts, focusing on hyperscale cloud customers, as well as enterprise and small to medium-sized businesses, demonstrating proactive support and service orientation.
• Keep updated with inventory levels, new site developments, and construction timelines.
• Maintain comprehensive industry knowledge and stay informed about competitors.
• Lead and facilitate site tour presentations for prospective clients.

Candidate Qualifications

• At least five years of experience related to data centers accompanied by a Bachelor’s degree.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A positive attitude combined with robust analytical thinking and problem-resolution capabilities.
• Strong relationship-building skills to nurture client connections.
• Commitment to continual personal and professional development.
