Key Responsibilities
- Proactively acquire and engage new clients within the Premier Banking - Private Client (Onshore) segment, targeting clients with assets under management (AUM) of S$1.5 million and above.
- Build and deepen relationships with clients aligned to business objectives.
- Drive profit and growth targets contributing to the Premier Private Client division's financial outcomes.
- Manage relationships with affluent customers using professional consultative financial analysis.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and regularly provide clients with updates on market trends and relevant insights.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the overall experience for Premier Private Client customers.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of five years in wealth management sales, preferably serving affluent clients, with a proven successful sales track record within banking or financial services.
- University degree holder with recognized accreditation in CACS Paper 1, Paper 2, and HI certifications.
- Solid understanding of banking products and investment vehicles, including unit trusts, bancassurance, and treasury products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including aptitude for tele-consulting engagements.
- Possesses initiative, integrity, and the capability to work effectively both independently and within teams.
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and focused on achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
