Role Summary
This role involves overseeing payment and clearing operations across Asia. You will collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth transactions, resolve complex operational challenges, and lead process enhancements in a fast-paced setting, enhancing your expertise in financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor payment and clearing processes across Asian markets.
- Engage with internal teams to address operational challenges and improve workflows.
- Build and maintain partnerships with external entities like banks and clearinghouses.
- Investigate and solve complicated issues such as payment mismatches and system faults.
- Drive initiatives to streamline operations, boost efficiency, and minimize risks.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a degree in finance, business, or a related discipline.
- Possesses a minimum of 3 years’ experience in payment and clearing operations or a similar area.
- Exhibits strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a capacity to manage intricate operational matters.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities to cultivate solid internal and external relationships.
- Is proactive, flexible, and focuses on delivering outstanding service and continuous operational improvements.
