Pre-Sales Screener Representative

About the Role

CarShield is expanding its Pre-Sales team and is looking for a Pre-Sales Screener Representative. This position involves initiating engagement with potential customers, evaluating their needs, and transferring qualified leads to the Sales department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and be motivated by achievable goals and bonus incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage prospects following a professional scripted approach to gather critical information and facilitate their transfer to Sales.
• Consistently maintain a positive, customer-first attitude to ensure an outstanding experience.
• Stay updated on the company’s products and services.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be able to work fully onsite at the designated location.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to adhere to provided instructions.
• Represent oneself professionally over the phone.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Open to coaching and feedback.
• Ability to multitask efficiently.
• Willingness to work one or two Saturdays monthly.
• Call center experience is advantageous; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a bonus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly wage of $17 with additional performance-based bonuses, averaging approximately $20 per hour.
