Role Summary

As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner based in Bankstown, you will manage a diverse NDIS caseload, supported by an experienced clinical leadership team and intake staff. The role involves working across various settings, including homes, clinics, and community environments, fostering long-term relationships and witnessing client progress firsthand.

Team and Environment

The Bankstown office consists of 12 clinicians: 5 Occupational Therapists, 3 Speech Pathologists, 1 Physiotherapist, 2 Behaviour Support Practitioners, and 1 Allied Health Assistant. You will receive dedicated one-on-one supervision, monthly group meetings, and multidisciplinary support for complex cases and professional growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Registration with Positive Behaviour Support at proficient level or above.
• Relevant background in Psychology or Social Work preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• NDIS screening, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• At least six years of experience in Behaviour Support.
