Position Overview

We are currently recruiting passionate Occupational Therapists to join our expanding Tasmania team. This full-time, permanent role involves delivering assessments and therapeutic interventions to diverse clients aged between 6 and 65 years, across several locations in Tasmania.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between $73,000 and $110,000 annually, plus superannuation and a bonus scheme. Employment includes access to a dedicated clinical supervisor and opportunities for regular in-service training.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide tailored therapeutic interventions to children and adults within community settings.
• Develop and implement therapy plans designed around the unique needs of participants, addressing a variety of conditions including neurological disorders and autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Deliver support relating to home modifications—ranging from basic to complex changes—as well as equipment prescription, including mobility aids, positioning supports, bathroom aids, seating solutions, and assistive technologies focused on self-care and learning.
• Coordinate and collaborate actively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance participant outcomes.
• Engage in regular reflection and celebration of progress, exemplified through "Weekly Wins" activities.
• Communicate and report findings and progress directly to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Qualifications and Requirements

• Hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Demonstrate clinical experience as a practicing Occupational Therapist.
• Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle for travel.
• Provide current AHPRA registration, a police clearance, Working with Children check, and an NDIS worker screening clearance.
