The Porter is tasked with upholding cleanliness and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of communal areas, grounds, and shared facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute thorough cleaning during apartment turnovers, covering kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, cabinets, countertops, and fixtures to ensure units are ready for new occupants.
• Maintain cleanliness in shared spaces such as hallways, lobbies, stairways, elevators, fitness centers, and community halls.
• Collect and dispose of trash and debris across the property grounds.
• Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in communal areas as needed.
• Contribute to the property's curb appeal by sustaining a neat and professional community appearance.
• Assist maintenance personnel with basic support tasks as delegated.

Qualifications

• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Employment Details
