Article Student Living invites applications for a full-time Porter position within our maintenance team. The role is vital in maintaining the cleanliness, upkeep, and visual appeal of our luxury student housing community, adhering strictly to our high standards for all grounds, common areas, and overall environment. Responsibilities fluctuate daily based on the community's needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist residents by providing helpful support and resources.
• Collaborate closely with maintenance staff to support daily operations.
• Manage regular onsite trash collection ensuring cleanliness.
• Maintain a secure, clean, and inviting community environment.
• Propose ideas to enhance property conditions and aesthetics.

Compensation

This position offers hourly wages ranging between $15 and $17, alongside commission opportunities.
