About the Role

Article Student Living seeks a dedicated Porter to become part of our maintenance team in a full-time onsite capacity at our Boise community. This role centers on preserving the cleanliness, upkeep, and visual appeal of our luxury housing property. You will help maintain our high standards for grounds, common areas, and overall curb appeal within a fast-paced environment where daily tasks may vary according to community needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a helpful contact point for residents
• Assist and support the maintenance team
• Perform daily on-site garbage collection
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting community atmosphere
• Offer suggestions to enhance property conditions

Qualifications & Style

• No previous experience necessary; this is an entry-level position
• A strong focus on customer service is essential
• A proactive team player enthusiastic about contributing to business growth
