Role Overview
Article Student Living is recruiting a full-time Maintenance Technician dedicated to upholding the property's standards, including safety protocols, aesthetics, and all maintenance-related activities. In this position, you will maintain the appearance of the grounds, communal spaces, and overall curb appeal, adapting daily tasks based on community requirements. Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a professional appearance are essential as you'll interact with residents.

Reporting Structure
The role reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Compensation
The position offers an hourly wage of $25 along with eligibility for an annual bonus.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining a safe environment for both staff and residents.
- Address and resolve maintenance and property-related issues within the community.
- Offer recommendations to enhance maintenance efficiency and overall operations.
- Be available for on-call duties during assigned periods each month.
Candidate Profile
- At least one year of experience in maintenance or construction-related roles.
- A strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
