About the Role

LV Petroleum LLC is seeking motivated and committed Porters to uphold the cleanliness and proper functioning of the premises, creating a welcoming setting for both clients and staff.

Core Duties

• Carry out daily cleaning activities across restrooms, break areas, and communal zones
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain tidiness
• Empty trash bins and oversee waste management procedures
• Support minor maintenance efforts and report major repair needs to supervisors
• Assist with event or meeting setups and breakdowns as needed
• Keep cleaning materials stocked and orderly
• Deliver friendly customer service by greeting visitors and addressing inquiries when applicable

Qualifications

• Preferred possession of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in cleaning or custodial positions is advantageous
• Capability to lift and transport objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Detail-oriented with a dedication to maintaining high standards
• Effective communication skills and approachable personality
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary
