LV Petroleum LLC is searching for enthusiastic and committed individuals to fill the position of Porter. This role plays a vital part in maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within our facilities, which benefits both customers and employees. The Porter will carry out a broad range of cleaning and upkeep activities to uphold the company's reputation for high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly clean and sanitize public restrooms, break rooms, and communal areas.
• Conduct daily maintenance such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Assist in setting up and dismantling events and meetings within the premises.
• Keep track of cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when stock needs replenishing.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks and promptly alert the maintenance team about any major concerns.
• Interact positively with guests and staff, offering help to create a hospitable environment.
• Adhere strictly to safety guidelines to maintain a secure workplace for everyone.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is a plus but not mandatory.
• Physical capability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a self-starting attitude toward cleanliness.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic setting.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays if required.
