Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Porter at our Everett, WA location. This role primarily focuses on maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in front-of-house areas, including thorough cleaning of tables, counters, floors, windows, and beverage stations. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 1:00 am to 9:30 am. Prior experience is not required, and applications are accepted online.

Key Responsibilities

• Bus, clear, and clean tables; sweep and prepare floors before service and maintain cleanliness during peak times.
• Adhere to safety procedures when transporting dishes and utensils between front-of-house and kitchen using trays or carts.
• Wash dishes, glasses, pots, and clean cooking stations and equipment, ensuring a smooth service flow and maintaining sanitation standards.
• Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes by hand or using dishwashing equipment to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Maintain cleanliness of display equipment, ensuring it meets safety and sanitation requirements during meal service.
• Assist in receiving heavy deliveries and transporting items to storage while observing safe lifting protocols.
• Follow HACCP standards for food presentation, portion control, and proper serving temperatures.
• Commit to personal and workplace safety, utilizing appropriate protective equipment such as cut gloves, oven mitts, fryer gloves, steamer gloves, and slip-resistant shoes.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• No previous experience necessary.
• Willingness to work early morning hours on a full-time basis.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage ranging from $23.75 to $25.25.
