Role Overview
As a Porter, you will deliver a warm and individualized welcome to every guest, establishing a positive tone from the moment they arrive. Your tasks will include managing valet parking duties, handling luggage, and providing personalized room tours. Being present in the lobby, you will exemplify the brand’s dedication to outstanding service, complemented by your expert knowledge of Adelaide and its attractions to personalize guest recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of a full driving license is mandatory; confident operation of both automatic and manual vehicles is critical due to job requirements.
- A strong customer service orientation is essential; previous customer-facing experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform efficiently under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
- Capability to work harmoniously within a team setting.
- Physical fitness allowing for prolonged periods of standing and active engagement.
