Job Overview

This position involves maintaining superior cleanliness standards to ensure a pristine environment for both guests and staff within the casino setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service by greeting guests warmly with a smile, bidding them farewell graciously, anticipating their needs, and maintaining a friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic attitude.
• Perform cleaning duties across all casino zones including gaming machines, dining areas, public corridors, stairwells, elevators, break rooms, offices, and other designated locations.
• Maintain restroom cleanliness by thoroughly scrubbing toilets and sinks, as well as sweeping and mopping floors.
• Complete an array of general cleaning chores such as dusting both high and low surfaces, scrubbing, wiping, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, trash collection, and other assigned tasks.
• Handle carpet care and resilient floor cleaning responsibilities effectively.
• Carry out specialized cleaning procedures for incidents such as blood spills and hazardous material cleanup utilizing proper equipment and adhering strictly to protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to remain physically active throughout an 8 to 12 hour shift, including standing, walking, bending, twisting, turning, pushing, and pulling.
• Exhibit integrity and comply with the high standards expected in a regulated business environment.
• Competence in operating cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor machines, mops, and brooms.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a Missouri Gaming License as required for this role.
• Tolerance for working in environments exposed to dust, secondhand smoke, varied noise and temperature levels, lighting conditions, vibrations, crowds, and air quality changes.
• Consistently maintain a neat and professional appearance and comportment.
• Dependable and punctual attendance is mandatory.
