SSP America operates a variety of renowned dining establishments at LaGuardia Airport such as Beecher's Handmade Cheese, Mulberry Street, Dunkin' Donuts, Bar 212, Brooklyn Diner, among others. We seek a Porter who excels in fast-paced settings, is self-driven, and values being part of a cohesive team. This role is pivotal in supporting restaurant operations and ensuring smooth functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport items between storage locations and restaurant areas.
- Properly store products following temperature and space protocols.
- Keep the cleanliness standards of restaurants, storage spaces, and related equipment.
- Dispose of waste and convey soiled or unused items for cleaning.
- Perform additional tasks as directed to aid the team.
Candidate Profile
- Preferably possess more than six months of experience in roles related to food service, warehousing, stocking, or porter duties.
- Dependable, energetic, and self-starting with a focus on task completion.
- A collaborative individual who upholds high productivity and quality standards.
