Job Overview

Operating similarly to an upscale hotel, The Bristal emphasizes exceptional guest services and hospitality daily. We are hiring a courteous and dependable Porter responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and safety of the community's common areas to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for residents, families, guests, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order in busy shared spaces such as bathrooms, function rooms, stairways, hallways, parking lots, sidewalks, windows, carpets, and floors according to established guidelines.
• Assist the Director of Housekeeping with assigned cleaning tasks and special projects, including snow removal when necessary.
• Ensure every interaction with residents, families, guests, and team members is friendly, respectful, and professional at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a cheerful, pleasant, and courteous attitude when engaging with colleagues, supervisors, residents, guests, and management.
• Be dependable, consistent, and meticulous in carrying out cleaning duties.
• Demonstrate the ability to provide cleaning services effectively in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience in cleaning roles within restaurants, healthcare, hospitals, hotels, or similar hospitality industries is advantageous.
• Prior experience working with elderly populations is preferred.
• Proficiency in English communication is required.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day weekly (either Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday).
