About the Location
Located along the northwest coast of Saudi Arabia, AMAALA offers a pristine setting known for its diverse natural surroundings. The Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys including rooms, suites, and private pool villas, alongside 26 branded residential villas designed to showcase magnificent bay and sea vistas. The resort will boast a luxury spa with therapeutic treatments such as halotherapy and cryotherapy, paired with a beautiful Organic Spa Garden. Fitness amenities include a partnership with trainer Harley Pasternak and access to extensive outdoor trails and a 27-hole oceanfront golf course.
Role Summary
Join our Engineering team during the pre-opening phase as a Pool Technician, reporting to the Engineering Supervisor. Your role includes the installation, maintenance, and operation of the resort’s pools and water features, ensuring they meet the highest luxury hospitality standards from preparation through daily use.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the pre-opening activities such as inspecting, setting up, and commissioning all pool and water feature systems.
- Conduct routine cleaning, maintenance, and repair work for pools, Jacuzzis, and associated water systems to maintain optimal functionality.
- Monitor and regulate water quality including chemical treatments aligned with health and safety standards.
- Operate and maintain all pool systems encompassing filtration, circulation, and heating equipment.
- Quickly address operational issues and respond to guest inquiries regarding pools and water amenities.
- Maintain thorough records of all routine maintenance, water tests, and chemical usage.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Recreation teams to uphold a secure and premium poolside environment for guests.
Candidate Profile
- Previous hands-on experience as a Pool Technician, ideally within luxury resorts or hospitality sectors.
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of pool systems including filtration and chemical maintenance practices.
- Strong focus on detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Ability to work autonomously with efficiency in a dynamic, fast-moving setting.
- Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia and fluency in English are mandatory.
