Role Summary

The Polisher is responsible for meticulously cleaning and shining glassware and silverware, ensuring they are spotless and ready for service. Ideal candidates are guest-focused, service-oriented, communicative, receptive to guidance, solution-driven, and promote a hospitality-centered atmosphere. Availability on weekends and nights is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep the work area clean and sanitary at all times.
  • Polish glassware, silverware, and necessary supplies regularly.
  • Restock and organize all polished items throughout the venue.
  • Support the venue team in various tasks as needed.
  • Maintain organized and clean storage areas.
  • Perform other maintenance duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Availability to work during weekends and evening shifts is mandatory.
  • Strong time management skills are essential.
  • Physical capability to stand throughout shifts lasting up to 8 hours, including frequent bending, squatting, and lifting objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to work in varying temperature environments and wet conditions.
