- Utilize data analytics to inform decisions, enhance platform performance, and support teams in making data-driven improvements.
Candidate Profile and Skills
- Experience in Product Management or as a Platform Owner, preferably with exposure to engineering, workflow, integration, or automation platforms.
- Proven leadership capabilities in guiding cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders in an agile, fast-paced setting.
- Strategic mindset capable of aligning platform visions with overarching business objectives.
- Strong technical foundation in software engineering, SDLC processes, APIs, cloud technology, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments, including knowledge of low-code and automation platform interactions.
- Familiarity with contemporary AI concepts and their practical application to workflow and automation solutions.
- Hands-on leadership approach working directly with engineers, business analysts, and subject matter experts.
- Skilled in managing expectations of senior enterprise leaders and fostering productive collaboration across business units.
