Platform Lead

About the Role

This position involves working within a lean team with greater responsibility and contributing to the operational functions of a leading healthcare venture capital fund.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and evaluate high-caliber founding entrepreneurs for potential investment, focusing on those who will lead independent portfolio companies following the fund's investment.
• Develop and maintain a strong brand presence through strategic marketing and communications that consistently attract quality founders.
• Oversee the founder platform and enhance the experience for invested founders by coordinating strategic support services provided to portfolio companies.

Candidate Profile

• Possess more than five years of relevant experience, ideally within venture capital or startups, including international exposure.
• Exhibit excellent judgment in identifying top-tier talent.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of the Indian startup ecosystem.
• Capable of managing several priorities simultaneously and delivering results in a fast-moving environment.
• Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling relationship building at all organizational levels.
