Role Overview
The Platform Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the integrity, security, and performance of MultiBank Group's trading platform infrastructure, notably MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5). This role involves administration, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancement of the trading platforms to ensure continuous availability and optimal functioning in support of the firm's business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and configure MT4 and MT5 trading platforms along with related infrastructure components.
- Monitor system health and resource use to maintain platform stability and uptime.
- Address issues swiftly to guarantee uninterrupted client platform access.
- Protect and secure trading servers and MetaTrader platform elements from threats.
- Analyze platform performance, resolve technical issues, and administer changes within systems such as MT Groups, trading accounts, XC pools, and user profiles.
- Continuously improve platform procedures and software under leadership direction.
- Deploy and maintain MetaQuotes native tools, third-party apps, and internal plugins.
- Manage user permission levels across all trading systems.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery plans, failover mechanisms, and automated backups for trading platforms and FIX engines.
- Compile operational and system performance reports to inform leadership decisions.
- Provide timely technical support internally, ensuring service requests adhere to SLAs.
- Monitor transactions to detect and prevent market and brokerage abuses.
- Collaborate extensively with ITOC, NOC, SOC, and other technology teams to ensure platform coherence and security.
- Perform additional tasks as delegated by management.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
- Proven hands-on experience managing MT4 and MT5 trading platform infrastructures.
- Comprehensive knowledge of MT4/MT5 architecture and server setups.
- Understanding of XC/OZ platform architecture and its components.
- Experience managing MT4 setups including Data Center, Main, and Failover servers.
- Experience with MT5 components such as Access, Backup, History, Main, and Trade Servers.
- Familiarity with database management and SQL queries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows Server OS environment.
- Skilled in using Windows Command Prompt and PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools like Corner Bowl and Zabbix.
- Strong analytical thinking coupled with troubleshooting expertise.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work across technical teams.
- Capability to function effectively in a fast-moving, critical financial context.
Preferred Attributes
- Prior experience in financial services, fintech, or online trading environments.
- Knowledge of FIX protocol connectivity and trading infrastructure.
- Awareness of information security standards relevant to trading platforms.
