UGL Energy and Industrial is seeking Plant Operators for their Goyder Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in South Australia. This opportunity offers permanent employment with excellent pay and conditions on a FIFO 3/1 roster with DIDO options. Their projects include Solar, Wind, Battery Energy Storage, Hydrogen, and Ammonia developments. Role Responsibilities

• Operate construction machinery such as Road Rollers, Skid Steers, Excavators, and Dozers on site.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve high-quality project outcomes.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety adherence and promote continuous improvement in workplace practices.
• Adapt efficiently to new technologies and processes introduced on the project.
• Engage in practical problem-solving and foster constructive working relationships within the team.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid driver's license is mandatory.
• Must hold current operating tickets/certificates for Road Roller, Skid Steer, Excavators, and Dozers.
• Possess a Construction White Card and a Working at Heights certification.
• Prior experience in construction, wind farm, or civil infrastructure projects is essential.
• Demonstrate a positive and safety-oriented attitude.
