About the Role
KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) delivers comprehensive asset life cycle services, including licensed process technologies, advisory expertise, energy transition solutions, advanced design, and smart asset optimization. We are seeking a Planner to organize and develop weekly and monthly preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance schedules for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and general maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Create weekly and monthly routine and preventive maintenance plans covering all maintenance disciplines.
- Ensure adequate resource allocation and procurement to execute scheduled maintenance effectively.
- Analyze and document critical operational and maintenance challenges related to SATORP equipment, plants, and utilities availability.
- Collaborate with various divisions to develop maintenance strategies and contribute technical suggestions.
- Work with CET Division to monitor plan progress, perform technical evaluations, and identify improved planning practices.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to guarantee availability of maintenance staff, materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment.
- Generate and manage statistical and technical reports on routine and preventive maintenance at SATORP.
- Utilize SAP software and other programs to support implementation of maintenance plans.
- Assist in developing and tracking Contractors' Key Performance Indicators.
- Maintain historical records and databases for all maintenance plans.
- Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and procedures before and during work.
- Promote reporting of unsafe acts and conditions proactively.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- At least 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with a high school diploma OR minimum 8 years with a diploma in a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of maintenance tasks and procedures.
- Highly organized and proactive, with excellent communication capabilities.
- Proven leadership skills managing large teams.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment under pressure and resolve complex issues effectively.
- Competence in strategic management approaches.
