  • Generate diverse reports necessary for updating the IMS such as baseline completion date trackers, cash flow guidelines, resource planning, change control tracking, interface management, schedule alerts, mitigation tracking, and delay analysis.
  • Deliver schedule reporting from project initiation through closeout, covering design and statutory approvals, infrastructure work, procurements, tenant fit-outs, and event durations.
  • Prepare monthly IMS updates ensuring alignment with approved progress cut-off dates and reporting calendars, including consolidated program-level schedules, performance analyses, change impact assessments, mitigation reports, kits of key project indicators, cashflow and critical path analyses, float trend reports, and controlled version tracking.
  • Report progress percentages at district, program, and portfolio levels based on agreed weighted methodologies.
  • Maintain status updates on the overall Development Master Schedule (DMS) integrating and aligning inputs, milestones, and activities from multiple contributors.
  • Report on DMS activities including feasibility plans, land transactions, marketing and sales events, tenant fit-outs, exhibitions, budgeting, and cost tracking.

  • Review PMC progress updates to confirm accuracy, consistency, and corroboration with evidence.
  • Validate progress against approved schedules and identify risks, delays, and emerging issues affecting timelines.
  • Support audit activities both internal and external related to schedule and commercial performance.
  • Enable proactive forecast management by assessing PMC projections, validating completion estimates, and evaluating recovery actions for delayed projects.
  • Use judgment in assessing mitigation measures and recovery schedules and escalation of risks/opportunities with risk management teams.
  • Contribute to fostering program maturity by documenting lessons learned, best practices, and supporting training and mentoring efforts for PMCs and internal personnel.
