Planner / Senior Planner (High Tech Construction)

The Opportunity

• Develop comprehensive project schedules covering the entire project scope, milestones, and timelines utilizing critical path methodology.
• Define clear roles and ownership for all project results through Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) techniques.
• Ensure schedules comply with project execution plans, especially in relation to contracting, procurement, and project control strategies.
• Establish and manage baseline schedules with regular updates.
• Oversee the integrated project schedule, structuring it to facilitate review at multiple levels and detail depths.
• Negotiate and reconcile timelines and project interdependencies among key stakeholders to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Provide frequent progress reports on scheduling.
• Evaluate external schedules to verify adherence to best scheduling practices.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in planning and scheduling, particularly on complex, high-tech construction initiatives such as data centers.
• Proficiency in quantitative risk assessment (QRA), including the ability to interpret and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 software for schedule creation.
• Possession of a degree or equivalent experience in project management or construction disciplines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment with autonomy over priorities and deadlines.
