Role Overview
We seek a seasoned Construction Planner to join our project team, focusing on planning and scheduling support related to construction operations. This role is instrumental in developing, monitoring, and analyzing project construction schedules, generating progress reports, and pinpointing delays or issues requiring mitigation.

Key Responsibilities
- Create, track, and evaluate construction schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, construction, completion, and other project functions for planning inputs.
- Oversee planning and scheduling activities of EPC contractors and subcontractors.
- Analyze project trends, productivity levels, progress, and identify potential causes of schedule delay.
- Perform schedule delay and impact assessments and examine recovery strategies.
- Evaluate how engineering, procurement, SIMOPS, and construction readiness limitations affect schedules.
- Scrutinize contractor schedules, resource allocations, and progress reports to highlight concerns.
- Incorporate approved project changes and adjust schedules accordingly.
- Support the resolution of execution challenges through planning guidance.
- Contribute to project control and planning deliverables following project specifications.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, Business, Mathematics, Statistics or a related discipline.
- At least 6 years of pertinent experience with no less than 2 years in Oil & Gas.
- Experience collaborating with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and vendors in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Proficient with Primavera P6 - advanced level required.
- Competent in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases, and Power BI.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Fluent in both written and verbal English communication.
- Exemplary cooperation and teamwork abilities.
- Efficient independent work ethic and capability to manage planning duties autonomously.
