Head of Logistics (Infrastructure)

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Logistics specializing in Infrastructure to lead the sustainable operation, upkeep, and advancement of building infrastructure, utilities, and office facilities for a significant Oil & Gas project based in Qatar.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, commercial, marketing, sciences, engineering, project management, supply chain management, law, communication, technologies, mathematics, or statistics.
• At least 10 years of experience in a business-related area, including a minimum of 6 years within the Oil & Gas sector.
• No less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or acting capacity, overseeing contractors, subcontractors, service providers, or vendors.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee the long-term operational management, maintenance, and performance monitoring of building infrastructure and utility systems.
• Ensure consistent reliability and availability of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, drainage, water supply, and building automation.
• Create and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to uphold facility standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and assess the condition of the facilities.
• Identify potential infrastructure risks and formulate mitigation and replacement strategies.
• Recommend and plan infrastructure upgrades, renovations, and capital projects for improvement.
• Maintain precise records of assets, maintenance activities, and technical documentation.
• Ensure operational compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and company policies.
• Prepare and manage annual operating and capital budgets effectively.
