Role Overview

This position involves more than traditional placement coordination, focusing on enhancing learners' aptitude, communication, soft skills, and overall employability while managing recruitment processes and placement activities in a remote, part-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage placement events including recruitment drives, interviews, assessments, and student engagement.
• Deliver or support training sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and foundational problem-solving.
• Assist learners in boosting their English communication, soft skills, presentation abilities, and interview preparedness.
• Conduct practice interviews and offer actionable feedback to enhance candidate readiness.
• Guide students in resume crafting, interview preparation, career advice, and placement readiness.
• Mentor individuals throughout their career growth and placement journey.
• Liaise with recruiters and companies about job requirements, interview scheduling, assessments, and candidate placement.
• Keep regular contact with students and recruiters to monitor placement progression and results.
• Identify learners' gaps and arrange supplementary training or mentorship as necessary.
• Maintain detailed placement records and communicate progress updates to the internal team.

Qualifications and Experience

• More than 2 years of pertinent experience in placement coordination, aptitude coaching, soft-skills training, career counseling, student mentorship, or employability coaching.
• Strong educational background or practical knowledge in relevant fields is implied.

Skills Required

• Proficient understanding of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• Effective group presentation and handling skills.
• Capability to motivate, mentor, and engage students actively.
• Experienced in conducting training sessions related to aptitude, reasoning, soft skills, or interview strategy.
• Familiarity with college placement, campus recruitment, or career services is beneficial.
• Strong organizational capabilities, coordination, and diligent follow-up practices.
• Comfort with remote, self-driven work settings.

Preferred Background

• Experience as a Placement Coordinator, Placement Officer, Aptitude Trainer, Soft Skills Trainer, Career Counselor, or Corporate Trainer.
• Previous work with engineering or college students, EdTech learners, training centers, or university placement cells is highly advantageous.
