Job description
Opportunity Overview
We invite applications for a full-time contract role starting immediately and extending through early 2027. This position is within a national organisation that fosters a collaborative, values-based culture encouraging you to contribute insights and actively support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment requests and oversee job advertising efforts.
- Assist hiring managers with the entire recruitment procedure from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Source, evaluate, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Organize and participate in interviews as needed.
- Perform reference checks and facilitate pre-employment requirements.
- Serve as the primary contact for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires.
- Track recruitment activities and generate regular updates and reports.
- Ensure recruitment actions comply with pertinent legislation and internal policies.
- Maintain precise recruitment documentation and applicant tracking system data.
- Identify and recommend enhancements for recruitment procedures and workflows.

- Ability to build trustworthy relationships and communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
- Sound judgment and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Capability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain recruitment flow.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Prior experience in recruitment or HR coordination is advantageous but not mandatory.
