Job description
Job Overview
We are urgently seeking Picker / Packer associates across Mumbai for immediate employment. Candidates of all genders are welcome to apply and should have completed education from 10th to 12th grade.
Work Schedule
- Rotational shifts available:
- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- Night Shift: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Role Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick items from inventory as per orders.
- Carefully pack items to ensure safe delivery.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly in-hand salary of ₹19,500
- Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) coverage
- Additional night shift allowance of ₹100 per hour
- Attendance bonus amounting to ₹1,000
