Job Overview

We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Executive to support our distribution functions. This role involves precisely selecting products from inventory, securely packing orders for shipment, and preparing goods for dispatch while adhering to high standards of quality and accuracy. The suitable candidate must be physically capable, well-organized, and conscientious about maintaining excellent quality control.

Primary Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately from warehouse shelves according to pick lists.
• Safely package items using suitable cartons, tape, and protective materials to ensure no damage during transportation.
• Print and verify shipping labels, invoices, and related shipping documents, then attach them correctly to outgoing packages.
• Support stock audits and physical inventory counts, reporting any discrepancies found.
• Assist with unloading incoming shipments and prepare packages for outgoing freight collection.
• Keep the warehouse area tidy, organized, and compliant with safety rules and standard operating procedures.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum educational qualification of Higher Secondary School Certificate (12th pass) or an equivalent diploma.
• Experience between six months to two years in warehouse operations such as picking, packing, or dispatch is advantageous; however, candidates new to the role but with strong fundamental skills are welcome.
• Basic computer knowledge is necessary to operate warehouse systems.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages weighing up to 20-25 kilograms throughout the working shift.
• Basic proficiency in English reading and writing and numerical ability to check product labels and shipping documents accurately.
