Job Overview
We are urgently seeking reliable Picker and Packer staff to join the Blinkit store team located in Patna, Bihar. This role involves various store floor activities essential to smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Selecting products accurately for orders (Picking)
- Packaging items securely (Packing)
- Organizing and placing products appropriately (Putting)
- Handling and unloading incoming stock (Unloading)
- Conducting regular stock audits to ensure accurate inventory counts (Inventory Audit)
- Maintaining rack organization and cleanliness (Rack Sanity)
Working Hours
The position follows a rotating weekly shift pattern with three possible shifts: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly Gross Salary: ₹15,500
- In-hand Salary: ₹12,500
- Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) contributions included
- Attendance bonus: ₹1,000 for 26 days of attendance
- Night shift allowance of ₹100 per day applicable for the 11 PM to 8 AM shift
