Picker / Packer

Overview

We are seeking a diligent Picker / Packer to become part of our warehouse team. This role entails overseeing inventory management, storage, and the distribution process, working in close collaboration with the supply chain department to guarantee efficient handling and timely dispatch of goods.

Key Duties

• Receiving incoming goods and accurately packing and dispatching orders.
• Maintaining comprehensive stock records and updating inventory data promptly.
• Training colleagues on correct handling procedures, including safe management of hazardous materials.
• Ensuring all products are labeled correctly and stored in designated areas.
• Performing quality inspections to ensure only high-standard products are sent out.

Requirements

• Minimum education level of 10th grade pass.
• Up to six months of relevant work experience.
• Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous.
• Good time management skills to handle tasks efficiently.

Compensation and Growth

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹14,000 to ₹20,000, with opportunities for career advancement within the company.
