About the Role
We are recruiting full-time Picker / Packer staff for a Quick Commerce store operated under Amazon. This role involves picking products as per customer requests and preparing them for delivery with precision and care.
Work Schedule
The job offers rotational shifts with the following timings:
- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
- Night Shift: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Select items according to customer orders carefully
- Pack items securely ensuring accuracy and safety
- Verify products and quantities before dispatch
- Maintain cleanliness and orderly arrangement within the store
- Adhere to safety guidelines and store operating procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum educational qualification of 10th or 12th grade
- Basic proficiency in Hindi language
- Effective communication and ability to work well in a team
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable with punctuality valued
