Job Overview
Zepto is seeking Delivery Partners to efficiently transport grocery orders from local Zepto dark stores to customers' doorsteps, ensuring safety and punctuality using the Zepto delivery application.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect orders from Zepto hubs or dark stores.
- Ensure prompt and safe delivery directly to customers' homes.
- Utilize the Zepto app for navigating routes and tracking order status in real-time.
- Handle packages with care to maintain product quality.
- Comply with all applicable traffic regulations and safety procedures.
- Exhibit respectful and courteous behavior when interacting with customers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Minimum education level of 10th grade preferred.
- Must own a bike, scooter, or bicycle for delivery purposes.
- Possession of an Android smartphone with internet access is required.
- Basic familiarity with the delivery area is advantageous.
