The position requires accurately picking items from inventory, packing them securely, and preparing orders for shipment, all while maintaining strict productivity, quality, and safety standards during rotational shifts.

Primary Duties

• Retrieve products from designated storage based on computerized order instructions.
• Carefully pack items using suitable materials to avoid damage in transit.
• Label boxes properly and ready shipments for dispatch.
• Verify product quantity and quality before packing.
• Use basic warehouse equipment like scanners and trolleys efficiently.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and safety regulations.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Achieve daily targets for accuracy and productivity.
• Help with loading and unloading goods as necessary.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum educational qualification of 10th standard pass preferred.
• Prior experience in warehouse or logistics roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Availability and readiness to work in rotational shifts.
• Physically fit to stand for extended periods and manage package handling.
• Basic awareness of safety practices in the workplace.
• Ability to follow directions accurately and meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive approach to work.
