Apparel Sales Associate

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Apparel Sales Associate to join our team at Vasant Kunj, Delhi. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in delivering excellent customer service while driving sales within our apparel store.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and guide customers in choosing clothing and accessories.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to foster a positive shopping environment.
• Meet established daily and monthly sales goals.
• Keep product displays attractive and maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Conduct billing, manage cash transactions, and operate point-of-sale systems efficiently.
• Assist with stock replenishment and participate in inventory audits.
• Remain informed about fashion trends and product details.
• Address customer questions and complaints with professionalism and care.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of experience in apparel or retail sales.
• Completed 12th grade or holds a graduate degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented approach paired with a friendly demeanor.

Additional Information

This is a full-time role located in Vasant Kunj, Delhi. The salary is a fixed ₹20,000 CTC per month.
