Responsibilities

• Execute picking and packing duties to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment within the dark store environment.
• Oversee daily store operations including item putaway, conducting regular audits, and managing loading and unloading tasks efficiently.
• Maintain smooth workflows to meet operational targets and uphold service standards.
• Complete mandatory training sessions provided after joining to equip with necessary skills and knowledge.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging between ₹14,000 and ₹18,000, varying by location.
